Click on the blue icon at the bottom right or the mail icon in the upper right corner of the menu.
  1. Click on BOOKINGS in the menu and choose the Zone where your hotel is located. For example, if your hotel is in Maspalomas, select Zone1.
  2. Then choose the ticket with the journey you wish to book, either Round Trip, One Way to the hotel, or One Way to the airport.
  3.  Fill out the form, paying special attention to the arrival and departure dates and times, and finally choose the payment method.
  4. You  will receive an email confirming your reservation.
 You can cancel the reservation by clicking on the mail icon in the upper right corner of the menu. Once there, fill out the form in three simple steps:
  
  1. Write the name of the person who made the reservation.
  2. Write the email used to make the reservation. 
  3. In the Message box, write what you wish, in this case, the cancellation of the service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If we receive your cancellation request with more than 48 hours notice before the pickup time of the transfer service you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the full amount corresponding to this transfer within one week.
  • No amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the transfer service you wish to cancel.

Even if you have deleted the email, we will still be waiting for you at the airport or your hotel. However, you can find your reservation by accessing the customer area.

1. Access the customer area by clicking on the person icon in the menu.
2. Enter your email and password. If it is your first time accessing, you will receive an email with your password.
3. Once inside, you will be able to see each of your reservations with all the details.
